At SP Perfumery Co., your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of cosmetic products, we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy, with limited exceptions for genuine manufacturing defects.
Return & Refund Eligibility
We do not accept returns or provide refunds under normal circumstances. However, a replacement may be provided only in case of a verified manufacturing defect, subject to the following conditions:
Eligible for Return/Replacement (Defective Products Only):
- The product must be defective due to a manufacturing fault
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- A clear, unedited video showing the package being opened for the first time must be provided as evidence
- The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging
- Only one-time replacement will be issued for genuine cases
Not Eligible for Return/Refund:
- Change of mind, dislike of color/fragrance/texture
- Opened, used, or tampered with products
- Products without a proper unboxing video
- Delayed complaints (after 24 hours of delivery)
- Issues caused by incorrect delivery address or customer negligence
- Damage caused during transit (to be claimed directly with the courier partner)
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any complaint regarding a defective product, we require a full unboxing video that:
- Starts before the package is opened
- Clearly shows the shipping label
- Shows the entire unsealing and opening process
- Highlights the defect in detail without cuts or edits
Without this video, we will not be able to verify your claim or offer a replacement.
How to Report a Defect
If your product meets the criteria above:
- Email us at support@spperfumery.com within 24 hours of delivery
- Include:
- Order ID
- Full name and contact number
- Unboxing video (as attachment or link)
- Description of the issue
Our quality team will review the video and verify the claim. If accepted, we will dispatch a replacement product within 5–7 business days.
Refund Policy
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances once the order has been dispatched.
Only replacement of defective items is offered (subject to verification).
No Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for any reason, including shade mismatches or personal preferences. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
