Refund Timeline:
If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a 100% refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details once the order leaves our facility.
- Please review all order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
- Actual product shades may slightly vary from the images shown on the website due to lighting, screen resolution, and photography effects. Such minor variations do not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.

- Unsealed packaging

Mandatory Video Requirement for Returns:
To ensure fairness and prevent misuse, we require:
- A clear unboxing video showing:
- The original, sealed parcel
- First-time opening of the package (video must be continuous, uncut)
- The product defect clearly visible
Without this video, returns or replacements will not be processed.
This helps us verify the claim accurately and maintain product integrity for all our customers.
Defect Reporting Timeline:
- Timeframe to Report: Within 24 hours of delivery

- The unboxing video
- A brief description of the defect
Resolution:
- If the claim is verified by our Quality Control team:
- A replacement product will be shipped at no extra charge.
- In case a replacement is not available, we may issue a store credit or a full refund.
Transit Damage
Damage caused during shipping must be reported directly to the courier/delivery service provider. We are not responsible for any transit-related issues once the order has left our facility.
