We use premium-grade, skin-safe ingredients and comply with all cosmetic safety regulations in India (use our products after a skin specialist or doctor consultation if you have skin issues).
2. Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Our products are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals. Please refer to individual product pages for specific information on vegan formulations.
3. How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website by adding products to your cart and proceeding to checkout. For bulk/wholesale orders, contact our team via email or phone.
4. What payment methods do you accept?

5. How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product is dispatched.
However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will provide a replacement, provided you share a clear unboxing video recorded during the first time opening. Refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details.
7. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If the product is defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues:
- Record a full unboxing video while opening the package
- Send the video and your order details to support@spperfumery.com or WhatsApp on +91 88105 67775 within 24 hours of delivery
Once verified, a free replacement will be issued.
8. How long does delivery take?
We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days.
