Order Processing Time
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS immediately after placing your order.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Business Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
Note: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Undelivered Orders
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer’s unavailability, incorrect address, or non-response to courier calls, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases:
- Re-shipping can be arranged at an additional delivery charge.
- Refunds will not be issued for undelivered orders due to customer error.

- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
- Towns and villages via India Post
International shipping is currently not available. We aim to expand our service area soon.
