5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch from our facility.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

• Eligible cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

6. Return & Refund Policy

• Due to hygiene and product safety standards, we do not accept returns for dispatched products.
• Refunds are not applicable once an order has been shipped.
• We only allow replacements for defective or damaged products, provided:
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Unboxing video is submitted showing the package being opened for the first time
  • Defect or damage is verified by our team

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or holidays.
